Mail

I just sent a package to Ben yesterday, and it occured to me that maybe others would be interested in sending some mail his way. It's not expensive, and it gets there super fast. The last package I sent got there in 4 days! Here's his address:

SSG Benjamin Reed
D.Co. 142nd MI BN / TF Wasatch
Bagram AF
APO AE 09354

BTW, I'm not trying to solicit letters for Ben, I just wanted people to know how to send him something if they wanted to.

Why not solicit letters for him? He deserves it!

Hey
It's Betsy
I know this is an older blog, but I remember seeing it a while ago, and recently I mentioned to my students (sixth grade) that I had a - distant - relative who was in the ANG. They wanted to send him a care package and took the liberty of making him cards, etc. Is there anything you can think that he may want in the package we are sending. They are from Oxnard, and are better off making something...to say the least. But they have HUGE hearts, and they wanted him to know that they are thinking of him.
Thanks!

Betsy,
Good to hear from you! That is really sweet of you and your students to think of Ben. He'll LOVE getting something from them. The only hand made thing that I can think of that might be fun to send is maybe some Christmas/Holiday decorations. He could share them with the other soldiers - decorate their rooms or workspace :) I hope you get this message - I tried to go to your family blog to leave one there, but it's invite only. If I don't hear back from you, I'll see if I can get your email address from one of the McEuens. Thanks!

Hey! I just saw this message.
Email: betsybre1@aol.com
It would be great to hear from you.
What else can my kids do for him and the other soldiers? Xmas wasn't good. We adopted a family and they were preoccupied with that. However, come Jan. 5th when we return, we will be ready to do some great projects. Thanks!
