Smell Mine Foot

Of all the numerous cute things Paige says, MINE has to be the most frequent. But she doesn't use it in the traditional toddler sense. Well, she does, but that's not what I'm talking about.

Some examples:

Where's mine chocolate milk?

Don't wear mine hat, Mommy.

Hold mine princess.

I want to wear mine swimming suit.

I love mine dolly.

You get the picture, she replaces 'my' with 'mine' at every possible opportunity.

My personal favorite was tonight when she climbed up on the couch next to me, stood up, lifted her foot up to my face and said:

Smell mine foot.

I so miss her and her misplaced pronouns.

Your favorite isn't "give me back mine space helmet"?

Love it! I don't remember Coralee saying that, but both my boys do now and they're 3.5! Brian keeps trying to teach them to use it correctly, but I think it's cute and don't want them to grow up! I love "See mine owie?"

Hahaha!! She is so funny!! I love that kid.

PS - I just redid my blog template, and apparently we have the same design now! Haha! Oops. Sorry! I liked it too. :-)

so cute! I love that kid. I would much rather quinn say, "Can I have mine milk?" than "MINE, MINE, MINE!" which is what I get. :)

Chelsea, I had forgotten about that one. Thank you for reminding me. Thinking about it now brings tears of laughter to my eyes :)

She soundeth quite Shakespearean. Or scriptural. Or funny.

Love it!

Don't you just love the things they say? Cameron keeps us laughing with the goofy things he says too.
